They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • List and optimize properties: photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners wishing to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area • Optionally build a team of City Managers under your sponsorship

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and ability to work independently • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
