ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel (Vrbo) • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing • Handle reservations and guest relations, including messages, check-ins and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect new property owners wishing to outsource the management of their homes • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties within the ALB network

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivation and ability to develop an independent business • Interest or experience in real estate, sales or other sectors • Desire for the autonomy of an independent operator with the support of a structured network • Aim to build long-term recurring income • Independent (self-employed) status • Full training provided • Start at your own pace • €0 investment required
