They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Background in real estate, sales, or another sector • Strong motivation required • Willingness to work independently with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income over the long term • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
