They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive property-owner leads in your area • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation, autonomy, and the desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
