📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings on these platforms, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue for each property • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform and handle owner inquiries in the assigned area • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
