📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • List and optimize property advertisements on these platforms, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the operation of their properties
