📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their property • Manage and monitor operations through the ALB platform • Potentially develop a team of City Managers under your sponsorship

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • The independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • Full training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
