📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • List and optimize properties: photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement yield management and dynamic pricing • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
