📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the operation of their properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired
