📋 Description
• You manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel as part of the ALB network. • Listing creation and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property • Management of bookings and guest relations (messages, check-ins, dispute handling) • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospecting new owners who want to outsource the operation of their property
🎯 Requirements
• You know how to persuade and build trust with property owners • You come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality/restaurants, etc.): your motivation matters most • You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the backing of a structured network • You want to build a long-term recurring income, not a capped salary
