ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel • List and optimize property listings (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property • Manage reservations and guest relations (messaging, check-ins, disputes) • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build a managed-property portfolio within the ALB network • Recruit and sponsor City Managers if desired

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Self-motivated and autonomous • Experience in real estate, sales or other sectors possible • Desire the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a structured network • Aiming to build long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Full training provided • Flexible start schedule • No upfront investment required
