📋 Description
• You manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel) as part of the ALB network. • Listing creation and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize each property's revenue • Reservation management and guest relations (messaging, check-ins, dispute resolution) • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospecting new property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties

• You can persuade and build trust with property owners • Backgrounds from real estate, sales, or other sectors (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) are welcome: your motivation matters • You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • You want to build long-term recurring income, not a capped salary
