ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel • Create and optimize listings (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations (messages, check-in, disputes) • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to delegate management of their assets • Operate your activity via the ALB platform and receive owner requests in your area • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Recruit and potentially sponsor City Managers

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivated and autonomous • Experience may come from real estate, sales, or other sectors • Desire the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a structured network • Want to build recurring long-term income • Independent contractor status required • Full training included • Start at your own pace • €0 investment required
