They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle guest messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Highly motivated • Independent mindset and autonomy • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • No investment required
