They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the operation of their property • Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
