📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing (yield management) • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle guest messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Build and manage a portfolio of properties • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, where applicable
