ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the operation of their properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Build and manage a portfolio of properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • Enjoy the autonomy of an independent business owner with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • No investment required
