ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, list, and optimize property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform • If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust-based relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Strong motivation • Enjoy the autonomy of an independent operator with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income stream • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
