📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Use the ALB platform to track requests and manage operations • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Self-employed status • Full training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
