📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in the area • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent professional, supported by a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Independent contractor status • Start at your own pace
