📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their property • Manage and monitor the business through the ALB platform • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, where applicable, and earn a commission

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Independent contractor status • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
