📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing (yield management) • Manage bookings and guest relations • Respond to messages and handle check-ins and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Manage and monitor operations through the ALB platform
