📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties • Manage and monitor the business through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions on their activity
