ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Develop the local market commercially by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage the local service-provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System • Monitor and manage operations via the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required • Comprehensive training provided • No initial investment required
