ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding area • Develop the market commercially by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage and coordinate the local service provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Receive and manage property owner inquiries in real time via the ALB platform • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is explicitly required • Comprehensive training provided • No investment required
