📋 Description

• Establish and develop your own concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and ability to work independently • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Independent contractor status • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
