📋 Description
• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and expand a concierge company in your local area • Prospect for and sign management contracts with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB's digital tools • Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Optimize owners' revenue and handle the logistical management of guest stays
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Strong motivation and entrepreneurial drive • Background in real estate, sales, or other sectors (all backgrounds considered) • Desire for autonomy while supported by a structured network • Willingness to build long-term recurring income • Independent (self-employed) status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No financial investment required
