📋 Description

• Create and develop your own concierge services business under the ALB brand • Prospect and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and commitment to build a recurring income over the long term • Autonomy with the support of a structured network • No specific industry experience required: candidates from real estate, sales, or other sectors are welcome • No investment required
