📋 Description

• Create and develop your own concierge services business under the ALB brand in your territory • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations

• Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Candidates from real estate, sales, or other professional backgrounds are welcome • Motivation and determination to build a recurring long-term income • Autonomy with the support of a structured network • No initial investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
