📋 Description
• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand as an independent entrepreneur • Build and expand the concierge business in your area • Prospect and sign property owners who wish to delegate management of their assets • Recruit and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB's digital tools • Optionally develop your own network of City Managers under sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity • Handle short‑term rental management and oversee entire guest stays for villas, premium apartments and unique properties
🎯 Requirements
• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Motivation to grow an entrepreneurial business • Interest in autonomy while benefiting from the support of a structured network • Desire to build long‑term recurring income • No investment required • Full training provided • Experience in real estate, sales or other sectors is considered relevant but not mandatory
