They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and grow your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during your absences

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and determination to build a recurring long-term income • The autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
