📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your property concierge company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • No investment required • Full training included • Start at your own pace
