ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and expand your concierge company in your local area • Prospect and sign property owners who wish to delegate management of their properties • Build and lead a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB digital tools • Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or other sectors is a plus • Entrepreneurial motivation and autonomy • Desire to build long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Start at your own pace
