ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and secure management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique properties

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and determination to build a recurring, long-term income • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is not required • No specific degree, certification, or minimum number of years of experience required
