📋 Description

• Create and develop your own concierge services business in your area under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in your area through the ALB platform • Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique properties
