📋 Description
• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand as an independent entrepreneur • Establish and develop your concierge company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and lead your local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB's digital tools • Optionally develop your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or other sectors accepted • Motivated with the capacity to develop an independent business • Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network • Commitment to building long-term recurring revenue • Independent contractor status (self-employed) • Full training provided • Flexible start schedule • No upfront investment required
