📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the concierge services business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Grow a portfolio of managed properties and earn recurring fees from the operation of stays

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Autonomy, supported by a structured network • No specific degree or level of experience required • Start at your own pace • No investment required
