ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area • Prospect property owners and secure property management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Recruit and potentially mentor City Managers • Earn commissions on the activity of sponsored City Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and willingness to build an independent business • Interest in working autonomously with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome, but no specific experience is required • No specific degree, certification, or license required
