They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a concierge services business under the ALB brand in your area • Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business and a portfolio of managed properties

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Autonomy with the support of a structured network • No investment required • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector accepted • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
