📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation • Desire for independence with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
