They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the concierge services business in your area • Prospect for and secure management mandates from property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance contractors • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a business generating recurring commissions from stay management

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships with them • Motivation and autonomy • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is not required • No specific degree, certification, or minimum number of years of experience required
