They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow a property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and secure mandates from property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop and manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is not required—motivation is what matters • No investment required • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
