They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and grow the concierge business in your area • Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage operations and property-owner requests through the ALB platform

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Autonomy, with the ability to leverage a structured network • Interest in building a recurring, long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is required • No initial investment required
