📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Independence of a self-employed professional, backed by the support of a structured network • No investment required • Full training provided • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is not required—motivation is what matters • Start at your own pace
