They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive inquiries from property owners in your area and manage your business in real time via the ALB platform

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and commitment to building a long-term recurring income • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Self-employed status • No investment required • Full training included • Start at your own pace
