They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign management mandates with property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to convince property owners and build trust with them • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a long-term, recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is a plus but not required • No initial investment required
