📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule independently between partial remote work and fieldwork • Track owner inquiries and manage operations via the ALB platform • Recruit and mentor City Managers, if desired

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • Independence as a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
