📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area • Identify and prospect apartment, house, villa, and unique-accommodation owners • Convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and field activities

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and desire to build a long-term recurring income • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome; no specific background required • Comprehensive training provided • No initial investment required
