📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio with a focus on recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely, working partly remotely and partly in the field • Optionally recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and ability to work independently • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • No investment required
