📋 Description

• Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
