📋 Description

• Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust their properties to our management • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and field activities

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network • Desire to build recurring income over the long term • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
