📋 Description

• Develop a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area • Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and field activities

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation to work as an independent contractor • Desire to build a recurring long-term income stream • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
