📋 Description

• You will become the ALB sales agent for your area, responsible for developing a portfolio of properties for short‑term rental management. • Active prospecting: identify property owners (apartments, houses, villas, unique/atypical accommodations) and convince them to entrust you with the management. • Negotiate and sign management agreements with property owners. • Operational oversight: coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers and manage relationships with owners and guests. • Grow your client portfolio with a view to generating recurring monthly income. • Flexible organization of your schedule (partial remote work / field work).

• You know how to persuade and build trust with property owners. • You may come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality/restaurant, etc.). • Motivation is what matters most. • You want the autonomy of an independent professional while benefiting from the support of a structured network. • You want to build long‑term recurring income rather than a capped salary.
