• Develop your local network (agencies, referral sources, partners) • Signing search mandates (buyer representation agreements) • Selecting the best opportunities (on-market + off-market) • Organizing property viewings • Negotiating exclusively on behalf of your clients • Supporting clients through to contract signing
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate professional looking to work on the buyer side or an experienced sales agent • Comfortable working with demanding clients • Good knowledge of the Annecy market • Strong customer service orientation, rigor, and ambition
