📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, publish, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle guest messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided
