📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) • Create, publish, and optimize listings on these platforms, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Apply yield management and dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue for each property • Manage reservations and guest relationships, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent professional, backed by the support of a structured network • A desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Status: Independent contractor • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
